WeriWallet is a non-custodial software interface and decentralized technology tool developed and
operated by Weritas Technologies, Inc. Weritas Technologies, Inc. is a financial infrastructure
technology company and is not a bank, broker-dealer, money services business, or financial
institution.
All banking, payment, card issuance, fiat on/off-ramp, custody, and related financial services
are provided exclusively by independent, duly licensed and regulated third-party financial
institutions and service providers (“Service Partners”). Such services are subject to the terms,
conditions, and regulatory requirements of the applicable Service Partner.
WeriWallet does not take custody of, hold, transmit, or manage user fiat funds at any time. Any
movement of fiat currency, lending, borrowing, payments, or foreign exchange transactions is
conducted solely by Service Partners in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Notice to U.S. and
Canadian Users
The WeriWallet application provides access to functional utilities of the Weritas Protocol,
including identity, scoring mechanisms, and governance features. Access to or use of the
interface does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any
securities, financial instruments, or regulated products. Any financial services accessed
through the interface are provided solely by licensed third parties.
Digital Asset
Notice
The $WRTH token is issued and administered by Weritas Council, an independent entity responsible
for protocol governance and token issuance. Weritas Technologies, Inc. does not issue, control,
or guarantee the value, utility, or performance of $WRTH.

whether express or implied. Use of the platform and any integrated services is at your own risk.
Availability of features and services may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to regulatory
